Management and Game Day Staff
The Wranglers are proud to partner with the University of Northern Colorado's Sports Administration program to provide interns, game day staff and guidance. Our mission is to train UNC's Sports Administration students using real-life situations and events to provide experience as these students move into the sports world. We'll share the biographies and personalities of these invaluable members of the Wranglers operation as we bring them aboard!

Assistant General Manager
Lexi Custer
Hi, I’m Lexi! I was born and raised in Berthoud, Colorado, and I’m so excited to be joining the team this season as Assistant General Manager! I’m currently a senior at the University of Northern Colorado, studying Sports Administration with a minor in Business. Sports have always been a huge part of my life. I played competitive softball for 15 years and have spent the last three years coaching, which has helped grow my passion for the game and the impact sports can have on others.
Last summer, I had the opportunity to work with a team in the Pioneer League, where I gained experience in baseball operations, sales, marketing, and fan engagement. I’m excited to build on that experience, continue growing my career in baseball, and develop strong relationships with the local community and families. One of my favorite things about baseball is how it brings people together, creates lasting memories, and gives communities something to rally around. I’m looking forward to an exciting season and can’t wait to see everyone at the ballpark!

Sonia Muniz
As a proud first-generation college student, my academic journey is driven through community and dedication. My name is Sonia Muniz, and I am currently working toward my Bachelor’s degree in Sport Administration at the University of Northern Colorado. I began my journey at Aims Community College, where earning my Associate of Arts allowed me to grow through vital programs like TRIO, Aims2UNC, and The Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society. The mentorship I received there laid a strong foundation for my success today at UNC.

When I’m not on campus, you can find me on a local field or court playing recreational softball and volleyball through the City of Greeley. Sports are a massive part of who I am, and I am excited to bring this energy to the Outlaws and Wranglers! I am fully committed to giving Greeley and Johnstown fans the absolute best guest experiences. A great game day is about more than what happens on the field. It is about the energy, the atmosphere, and the memories we create. Whether helping a family find their seats or keeping the crowd engaged, I am ready to bring my enthusiasm and work ethic to ensure every guest leaves looking forward to the next game.
